Sport in Tryavna, sports complex

The sports grounds and facilities are located in the town of Tryavna and the nearby town of Plachkovtsi. 

In the town of Tryavna, those are the volleyball playground with artificial grass, polyfunctional field for handball, mini football and basketball with artificial grass, dressing room for two teams with a bathroom and area lightning, built in Svetushka region.

Angel Kanchev Sports Complex in the town of Tryavna

Consists of: two football fields (one for training and one official) with grass, administrative-services building, running track and spectator stands (3000 sitting places), lighting system and automated irrigation systems, sports hall for wrestling and karate, football field for training with artificial grass, handball filed with synthetic multifunctional flooring, combined field for volleyball and basketball, sectors for shot put, long jump and sector for disk throwing, dressing rooms and recreation centre, tennis court. 3 parking lots with 30 parking spots in total for buses and cars were built.

In the town of Plachkovtsi, there are a stadium with natural grass and 200 places, a dressing room with complete equipment, an automated irrigation system, tennis court with synthetic grass, multifunctional field for basketball, volleyball and handball. There are also area lightning and riverside promenade for access to the sports facilities with parking lots.

Outdoor swimming pools

During the summer season in Tryavna and Plachkovtsi there are 2 outdoor swimming pools opened – they have dressing rooms, bathrooms and installations for treatment and purification of the water.
